Orders
Orders placement
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-3 business days.

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
- USA Based Products Shipping Time: Orders will ship within 2-5 Business Days
- China-Based Products Shipping Time: Orders will ship within 5-10 Business Days
Christmas Order Cutoff Dates
The final day to order products to receive them by Christmas is November 26 for China products and December 15 for USA products. This takes into consideration current delays. Any orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
Holiday Shipping Delays
Based on last year's data, China orders that are placed between November 26 to December 27 could experience a delay of up to 3-5 calendar days, and US orders placed between December 15 to January 6 could also experience a delay of up to 3-5 calendar days. The delays are calendar days and not business days.
How will I know my order is shipped
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and tracking number. We have to be notified of undelivered packages within 30 days from the day you placed the order.

Free shipping is offered for US domestic orders over $50.00

Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@tiffanyzklozet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@tiffanyzklozet.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve
received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved
or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment
method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card
company to process and post the refund too.
