At Tiffany’s Klozet, we strive to delight you with our unique fashion offerings. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of all unused, unworn, and unwashed clothing that is free from defects and with original tags attached, within 30 days of the shipment date.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please reach out to us at info@tiffanyzklozet.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you shipping instructions on how and where to send back your items. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your new pieces upon arrival. If you find any defects or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can correct the issue and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

- Final sale items
- Swimwear and lingerie (for hygienic reasons)

To get what you want quickly, return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Choose a refund via a non-expiring e-gift card and enjoy a FREE return. You’ll receive an e-gift card equal to the value of your returned items. Alternatively, you may opt for a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable charges. Please note, processing times for refunds can vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
